We are thrilled to pass along some good news: Congress recently approved over $600 million for United Nations peacekeeping and regular operations in its recent supplemental spending bill – far more than we had dared to expect. Thanks to your hard work and perseverance, as well as the good sense of officials that we helped to elect, we have started to pay back our enormous debt to the U.N., which Republicans and Democrats alike are counting on to help us meet the most pressing challenges of our time.
